Regain your strength, have fun & train with us on our first-ever 6-week Mommy & Mini Bootcamp hosted at Bette Café, with the amazing Julie Notkin & YES - the whole point is that you bring your wonderful little baby with you.
Your child has to be between 0-12 months.
Every Thursday morning we'll train, eat delicious breakfast after & have the chance to relax & chat with the other moms :) Match made in heaven if you ask us!

Julie Notkin will be taking you through the weekly workouts! She has been one of our Bootcamp trainers for 3 years now & on a weekly basis also works with mothers, so she knows their needs! Julie will guide you through a 50-minute HIIT training that ends up with 10 minutes of guided breathwork to help you find your inner peace 💗
Bette Café has the best setting for nursing & everything you need for your little baby - diapers in all sizes, nursing facilities, microwaves, play kits & plenty of space for strollers outside.
With that said all you need to bring is you & your baby.. the rest is on us! 😍
